Patricia Roberts Realtor® FRI, SRES®, CIPS

Patricia was born and raised in Poland, Europe and as a teenager she moved to Toronto with her parents to live in Canada. She moved to Nova Scotia in 1999 and calls Halifax home where she lives with her two children.

In 2007 Patricia began her real estate career always reaching to the top winning various awards. She loves the challenge of meeting new clients and helping to buy or sell their homes. Patricia believes in higher education to provide the best service for her clients. She has obtained a FRI designation in 2015. FRI designation is the longest standing achievement in the Real Estate profession in Canada. It is Canada’s pre-eminent real estate designation and it is awarded to less than 10 % of all real estate professionals in recognition of their individual effort, commitment, training and ethics conduct. In 2016 she has obtained additional SRES designation – Senior Real Estate Specialist to provide specialty service for her senior clients.

She became a Board Member of Real Estate Institute of Canada, volunteers at Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission, ISANS Immigration Association of NS and at Polish Canadian Association of NS helping immigrants and international businesses in Canada.

Patricia has extensive business background as past business owner and operator in multi-faced tourism and hospitality companies. She speaks multiple languages and has been travelling the world since a very young age. She understands international markets, and works well with military and RCMP relocation, first time home buyers and new construction. Patricia sells vacation properties, vacant land, income properties and oceanfront properties. She uses the newest tools to market properties for sale, provides the most current real estate statistics, has extended data base of clients, obtained professional training in staging and photography. Patricia provides the attention to detail and the highest level of service through her enthusiasm and hard work for each and every client.
